Terms and Conditions for Ace Tennis Camps Ltd
1. All prices are inclusive of accommodation, on-site activities and entrance costs to external activities and any transportation required. Meals are provided for all residential bookings. A supplement is payable for extra courses or activities only as defined on the website. All price are inclusive of VAT.
2. Bookings are only valid with receipt of the appropriate deposit and following confirmation from Ace Tennis Camps Ltd.
3. Any alterations required to your booking can be made by email to the Directors at bookings@acetennis.co.uk. Ace Tennis Camps Ltd reserves the right to make an administration charge in such circumstances.
4. Should legislation to VAT regulations change, Ace Tennis Camps reserves the right to surcharge or refund the consequent price difference.
5. Programs are subject to alteration for reasons of safety or inclement weather. Ace Tennis Camps will provide a suitable alternative in such circumstances.
6. If we have to make a major change to your booking, we will offer a suitable replacement if available or 100% refund. Exceptions to this is circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riot, act of God, industrial dispute, adverse weather or natural disaster.
7. Ace Tennis Camps reserve the right to terminate a child's stay at any time in the interest of Ace Tennis Camps, the other guests, or the child concerned. In such circumstances, any refund is at the discretion of the Directors.
8. We also reserve the right to charge the Parent/Guardian for any breakages/damages that the child is deemed to have caused not as a result of an accident.
9. The person responsible for the booking may cancel the holiday prior to its commencement. Ace Tennis Camps wishes to outline the following charges for cancellation.
55 to 29 Days.........50%
28 to 15 Days.........75%
14 to 1 Day..........100% of total Holiday cost.
10. Ace Tennis Camps carries all legally required insurance affecting its customers and employees. This includes public liability insurance to the value of £10 million.
11. It is a condition of booking that parents must note on the booking form (Additional Information) any additional activities they wish their child to be excluded from. Otherwise parental consent is assumed.
12. In the event of an accident Ace Tennis Camps will administer first aid, unless advised to the contrary.
13. Occasionally Ace Tennis Camps may take photographs of children for promotional material. Please advise the Directors if you have any objections.
