Harry Finney

| Attended Ace Tennis Camp | Queenswood Week 1, 2011 |
Directors Note
A very highly regarded national junior player, Harry joined Ace Tennis Camps, Queenswood for some last minute clay court training before competing in the U-10 UK National Championships at Roehampton. Harry flourished in the environment with progression and preparation carefully monitored under the watchful eyes of the Ace team. The camp also gave Harry the downtime to relax and make new friends during the exciting evening activities. It was a real pleasure to have a potential future Wimbledon Champion in our camp.

Hi Chris and the team, I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for the time I spent with you at Queenswood. It was great preparation for my U10 National tournament at the end of the week. Next year I hope I can stay for the full week. Harry
Thanks, Chris, Matt and the team, for the professional, and yet fun way, you run the Ace tennis camps. What a great venue - a wonderful setting, great food, super accommodation and, more importantly, fantastic tennis facilities - and what great coaches. There is no doubt that Harry came away from the camp on a high ( it was just a shame that he couldn't stay for the full week as he had to play at the NTC),. Next year, count on seeing Harry and his Brother for a full week.Lorraine Finney
Cecile Voldmester
| Age | 15 |
| Residence | Copenhagen, Denmark |
| Attended Ace Tennis Camp | Queenswood Week 1, 2011 |
Directors Note
Cecile traveled from Denmark with her brother and two friends to join Ace Tennis Camps. Their enthusiasm shone through in all aspects of the camp. They enjoyed the shopping, camp activites, socialising and of course the tennis. An important foundation of the Ace Tennis Camps experience is meeting and learning about people from different countries and cultures whilst sharing a great experience together.
The camaraderie amongst the players from all over the World is one of the highlights of the summer for the staff at Ace Tennis Camps!
An amusing sidenote, amazingly Cecile's best friend's Dad was the pilot of the aircraft that flew them both back to Denmark after their time at Ace! Now that's what I call traveling in style.

The kids had the time of their life ( we could here them smile on the phone when we talked to them), and are talking about how much fun it will be next year. Ace Tennis really was everything, and much more than they were hoping for. As parrents we felt confident that they were in the best possible place to enjoy tennis and fun.Lars Voldmester
Tommaso Mazzucco
| Age | 16 |
| Residence | Milan, Italy |
| Attended Ace Tennis Camp | Queenswood Week 1 & 2, 2011 |
Directors Note
Tommaso and Fedederico travelled from Milan, Italy to join in the great experience at Ace Tennis Camps. Tommaso threw himself headfirst into all aspects of the camp, enrolling in our English Langauge Program, which included a tour of the famous Wembley Football Stadium. The vibrant and friendly environment of the camp allowed him to practice and improve his English vocabulary and skill-set both in and out of the classroom. I was delighted to see Tommaso's progression both as a tennis player and English linguist. All our international students are actively encouraged to speak English at all times and it is very much the common language at the camp.
Tommaso is a fantastic addition to our camp and hopefully will be for the next few years. One day I would like both Tommaso and Federico to return as staff.

It wasn't the first time that Tommy and Federico (14 and 16 old) attended a tennis camp, but - as they say- they had at Ace camp their best tennis/social experience.
Tennis activity provided many different levels and so they could play their proper level. They really were like in a family improving also english and enjoying all the night activities (Cinema; Pizza; Football...) Hoping many other good players will attend the next camp 2012, They'll surely be at Ace Camp again.Lidia Mazzucco
